Our Main Focus

Joscam Export and Sales Consultants have been mainly involved in working with long shelf life, ambient temperature food products targeting Supermarket Chains and larger Independent Stores as well as Food Service Outlets.

We mainly work with Retail and Food Service Distributors but will go direct to the Chains and Stores if margins and efficiencies are affected.

We have concentrated our work in the United Kingdom, United States of America and Dubai where successful export sales have been made and sustained. We have also placed product in Kuwait, Oman, New Zealand, South Africa, India and Singapore.

We seek to extend that list to include more areas of Asia via other Export Associates and to further develop markets in the European Economic Community (EEC), Canada and Eastern Europe.

Although we have worked with food products we are happy to discuss 'non-food' products that have potential. Many of our Industry Associates are successfully exporting 'non-food' products.

We are happy to act for clients and help them develop opportunities for the sale of technologies, intellectual property and Joint Ventures under License.

Our fee structure

  • We encourage our clients to take full advantage of the various State and Federal Government schemes designed to encourage Product Development, R & D, Export Marketing and other related activities. Austrade's E.M.D.G. (Export Market Development Grant) is a prime example.

 

  • Much of the work we carry out may be claimed under these various schemes. We put our clients in touch with Associates who can help them access and properly claim under those schemes.

 

  • We can tailor our services to be everything from hourly fee, to part hourly fee plus brokerage commission or full retainer for complete marketing services.

 

  • Our work may be carried out with the assistance of a range of Export, Marketing, Sales, Graphic Design, Legal, Accounting, Food and Freight Professionals with whom clients may deal directly.

 

  • Travel and accommodation, Freight and Samples, Telephone and Fax calls are always charged separately and in most cases are EMDG claimable by clients.
